Community Yoga Class
Mondays in May 2, 9, 16, 23 6:30pm
This class is designed to move energy for clearing stagnation in the body and clearing chatter in the mind. We begin with standing postures, moving sequences, and balance postures, and move into more grounding, relaxing and restorative postures to help you connect with your physical and mental well-being. No experience necessary!
Please bring a yoga mat and a block if you have one.
This class is by donation, you can use your regular class pass, or bring a separate donation, but please register for class in the online calendar so we can make sure there is space for you! (no credit necessary to register, but you do need to create a log-in if you don't have one yet.)
