Jessica Kohn is a founding member of the Sheboygan County Yoga Co-op.
She is known for her welcoming smile and non-judgemental approach when it comes to teaching yoga. She has been teaching in the Sheboygan community for nearly 10 years and has completed her ERYT-500 in that time. If you ask Jessica what her favorite classes are to teach she’ll tell you either yoga nidra or MS&R (meditate, stretch, and restore). Her strength as a yoga teacher shines in classes that balance easy physical movement to allow you access to your inner peace. In her free time Jessica enjoys quiet time with her family, shopping at thrift stores, and she loves to cook. |

Jenny is a founding member of the Sheboygan County Yoga Co-op.
Jenny took her first yoga class in 2000 but didn’t dive in deep as a student until 2011, when she began her yoga teacher training through YogaFit. She became a certified yoga instructor (200 RYT) in 2013 and has been teaching ever since. She is also a board certified and state licensed massage therapist, and in 2014, Jenny opened The Healing Table, LLC. Through her work, Jenny seeks to give an overall experience that leaves you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Yoga has played a big role in helping her provide her nurturing therapy to others and it has made such a difference in her daily physical and mental/emotional health. She appreciates the strength and calm yoga brings to her mind and body. In her work, Jenny integrates the two modalities emphasizing optimal alignment and compassionate self care. Jenny enjoys offering classes to people of all ages, from toddlers to senior citizens. In her spare time Jenny seeks out water of any kind, but especially loves swimming in Lake Michigan, and her favorite summer pastime is to frolic in its splendor. She also enjoys hiking/exploring, skiing and camping with her husband and two teenage daughters and spending time with extended family and friends. She and her family make their home in Plymouth and she is thrilled to be a founding member of the Sheboygan County Yoga Co-op! jennysyogamassage.com |

Stacey is a teacher here at the Sheboygan County Yoga Co-op and began her journey with us in September of 2022.
Stacey- "My yoga journey began like many people, as a form of exercise over 20 years ago. What I distinctly remember about yoga, however, was how I felt after I completed my practice, how I felt in final resting pose. I had a feeling of strength and balance in my body and a calm and peaceful state of mind. What has transpired for me over the years is my deepening passion and study of yoga philosophy and meditation in addition to the asana (posture) practices. Yoga for me has become a spiritual path and a way of living on and off the mat. I completed my 200-hour Hatha Training in May of 2019 at the Fon Du Lac Center of Spirituality and Healing. My intention as a teacher (and forever student) is to hold space and allow you to experience the wisdom of yoga through your own sacred journey. In our shared time together, I will invite you to move with awareness, patience, and self-compassion. Supporting you as you reconnect to your body, mind, and spirit."
