SOULCOLLAGEĀ®
Sun Dec 10 3-5pm with Rachel Nick WHAT IS SOULCOLLAGE®? It is a way of connecting with your self through creating a personal deck of 5x8 cards collaged with images, intention, and intuition. These cards represent your inner wisdom and truth. Your cards and deck can continue to be used in endless journaling and card-reading exercises. In this workshop you will create a SoulCollage® card and discover it's meaning and purpose. This workshop is appropriate for all levels, including beginners. All materials are included, but please bring a journal, scissors, and your SoulCollage® deck if you have one! The Dec 10 session is an advanced session of SoulCollage. CHAIR YOGA SERIES
Tuesdays Dec 5, 12, 19 10:30am This is a continuation of Jenny’s monthly chair yoga classes. This session is a series of 3 designed for any level of yogi. We’ll be building gentle strength and mobility through slow movements and stretching. Space is limited to 11 people in the studio, but is offered virtually. Classes are recorded and emailed to participants after the series is completed.
EMBODIED HEART & SOUND
Sunday Dec 17th 3:30-5pm with Kay Allmand IN STUDIO In our guided breathwork and sound bath journey we will restore the natural and harmonious flow of energy in through and around us. We will begin with conscious connected breathing which has many benefits to prepare the body to receive the sound bath. The breathwork will oxygenate the blood, circulate life force energy throughout the system, induce relaxation, bring to the surface that which is ready to move and clear, strengthen emotional awareness and regulation, and impart a felt sense of connection and wholeness. After the breathwork, I will introduce the pure sound frequencies that will enter the body and affect change at the cellular level. The frequencies will rearrange the molecules and form new energy pathways and break down emotional crystallizations, allowing the body’s own recuperative powers to be activated without restriction by engaging our own natural healing capacity. Through sound resonance the body-mind is able to adjust and realign itself back into a state of harmony. The main healing instruments I will be using are the gong, crystal bowls and tuning forks. We’ll use self massage techniques, foam rolling as well as enhancements such as hot towels and aromatherapy. We will practice some gentle yoga, incorporating restorative poses while receiving Thai Yoga Bodywork and guided imagery. Come as you are but leave feeling more peaceful and revitalized!

In this practice we spend time honoring the experience of 2023, through reflection and and allow time to transition into what’s to come. Spend your afternoon in a special way to close out the year! Monday Evenings and/or Wednesday Mornings With Mary A yoga series that focuses on building and strengthening the core. Benefits include; better posture, improved breathing and better balance.
